Birth Doula
With our birthing guidance, we offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. We will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing, provide you with educational resources, and step in with anything you might need. As your birth doula, we will provide continuous labor support and immediate care post birth which has been shown to greatly improve outcomes for mothers and babies!
Postpartum Doula

Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. Our goal in supporting you postpartum is to ensure you get the best information and care possible, allowing you to heal and treasure this new phase.
All of our birth clients get the chance to try out a postpartum doula for one free visit as part of our Postpartum Doula Community Program (exclusions apply).

Our Prenatal Prep Course includes five different classes, ranging from pregnancy care to postpartum and newborn care. Our goal is to reduce the overwhelm of pregnancy and birth , allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby and build a confident foundation for your birth and postpartum.
